With spring and summer just around the corner many of us will begin planning for warm weather travel in the next few months. For some, getting away involves navigating airports and wrangling unexpected hiccups with the airlines, like lost luggage. Fortunately, there’s a super handy new device that can help minimize losing luggage.
Jetsetters can use a global tracking device called the iTraq to keep track of just about anything that has the potential to get lost. Whether it’s luggage, a purse or wallet or even a loved one, the iTraq will help you locate it.
About the size of a credit card, the iTraq utilizes cell tower pings (no GPS here, folks) to approximate the location of any given item that you’re tracking, such as your bike or other belonging. You can even set-up security zones or gates so that the smartphone app alerts you when your item or child has gone outside of it.
An exceptionally long-lasting battery life tests around three years, which provides plenty of use. There are no recurring monthly service fees to use iTraq. Just buy and you’re done. Learn more about iTraq and help support the crowd-funded project by visiting Indiegogo.
We have no commercial relationships with any of the vendors discussed in this blog, and disclaim responsibility for them and their goods and services.
