Technology has made it possible for people to contribute to projects and work remotely from just about anywhere on the planet. Pooling talent from around the globe is a wonderful thing, but for many folks it presents some challenges, especially among those who work in positions that tend to be more solo rather than group based. Appear.In

Hipchat is built for teams and it includes a feature rich platform that makes collaboration a breeze. Secure and private, you an deploy Hipcat on your own servers. It has drag and drop file sharing, screen sharing, private chat and it integrates with just about everything under the sun: JIRA, Zendesk, Bitbucket, Mailchimp and many more. Additional organization can be accomplished with tags and linking messages.
